Our Story
A trolley built on family, Goa, and Lisbon
Coutinho Crafted started with a family surname carried from Goa's coastal shores, shaped by generations of Goan Portuguese culture, to California, and a love of gathering people around a well-poured drink. Every booking is our restored vintage trailer, cream and cobalt, trimmed in brass gold, with a fold-down service window that opens into a full serving counter, towed straight into your celebration.
We build each drink selection around classic technique and a few coastal, Goan-Portuguese touches: feni-inspired infusions, citrus, and spice, fully customized to your event, not a fixed list.
